Shipping Costs: We offer free shipping on most items. If there are shipping costs associated with your order, they will be clearly displayed during the checkout process. The shipping cost is calculated based on the weight and size of the package, as well as the destination address.

Tracking Your Order: Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email confirmation with tracking information. This will allow you to track your package and estimate the delivery date.

International Shipping: At this time, we do not offer international shipping. We apologize for any inconvenience.

Return & Exchange Policy

At Lifetime Direct, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, we offer the following return and exchange policy:

Returns: Due to the nature of our business and the value of our products, we do not accept returns. All sales are final. 

Exchanges: We only accept exchanges if the product you received is defective or damaged. In this case, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order and provide us with photos of the damage. We will do our best to replace the item or offer you an exchange. If we cannot replace the item or offer an exchange, we will issue a refund.

We understand that there may be extreme circumstances that fall outside the scope of our return and exchange policy. If you feel that your situation qualifies for an exception, please contact us as soon as possible via email or phone. We will do our best to hear you out and work with you to find a solution that is fair and reasonable.
